Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Enhancement
Established the Dryland Knowledge Hub hosting the Demostration farm with an assorted tree, Conference facilities, Community Library, Various Skill building workshops to Ensure all the involved are fully empowered to fully participate in community development.

Executive Director / CEO
A Seasoned Development Practitioner, a Manager and a Certified Meadiator Leading organizational strategy and community partnerships with over 20 years of experience in Community Development and Project Management.
Programme Assistant
A Vibrant Youthful B.Com. Finance Graduate Overseeing Operations, program implementation and ensuring quality service delivery to our beneficiaries across all focus areas.
Admnistrative Assistant
A Trained Social Worker and a Secretary Assisting in Admnistration and ensuring transparent use of Organisational Resources for maximum community impact and organizational sustainability. She is incharge of the Women-led Table Banking
Community Development Facilitator (CDF)
A Proffessional Teacher and a Development Practitioner Working directly with Chilren and other community members to identify needs, mobilize resources, and coordinate grassroots development initiatives.
Farm Assistant
A Seasoned Agriculturalist, Passionate in Agroecology and youth development programs, Best in Agroecological practices domestication and duplication, and creating opportunities for young people and Women in our community to decide on what to eat and drive their Development agenda.
Library Assistant / Gender Specialist
A seasoned Teacher, an Examiner and a Gender Specialist Manning the community Library and Championing Youths and women's rights and leading initiatives that promote gender equality and women's economic empowerment.
Programme Intern / Tree Nursery Attendant
Manning the Established Tree Nursery, Training on tree nursery establishment in the community and helping in Children Mentorship program; Passionately Bridging in other Programme gaps as assigned from time to time
Our Projects
Education Support Program
Providing school fees, uniforms,Food and learning materials to vulnerable children, offering protection and mentorship and ensuring they have access to quality education and can reach their full potential.
Women's Economic Empowerment Program
Supporting women through microfinance, business training, and market linkages to establish sustainable income-generating activities.
Youths' Empowerment Program
Supporting Tertiary Education, Offering vocational training, entrepreneurship programs, and mentorship opportunities to help young people secure employment or start their own businesses.
Disability Inclusion Initiative
Creating awareness, providing assistive and learning devices, and advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities to ensure their full participation in society.
Environmental Conservation and Healthcare Access Program
Promoting Economic Green Zone Establishment via tree planting, Establishing Herbs and Useful Shrub gardens, Facilitating access to healthcare services, conducting health education, and supporting preventive healthcare measures in the community.
Agroecology
Promoting permaculture in schools and in the community, sustainable agriculture, providing Inputs, and training farmers on the Best and Sustainable farming techniques to improve food sovereignty and community Resilience.
Current Focus: Community Resilience Building
We are currently implementing a comprehensive community resilience program that addresses multiple challenges simultaneously, strengthening the community's ability to withstand and recover from various shocks and stresses.
